A 49-year-old man was shot and killed early Sunday in North Baltimore, police said.
Baltimore police say the man was found shot in the back at about 2:19 a.m. Sunday in the 700 block of Glenwood Avenue in the Woodbourne-McCabe section of North Baltimore. The man later died of his wounds at an area hospital.
Homicide detectives are investigating and ask anyone with information to call 410-396-2100.
Fifteen people have been killed in Baltimore to start June. In May, 42 people were killed in the deadliest month in the city in decades.
