Baltimore police are investigating two non-fatal shootings that took place Sunday.

A 26-year-old man was shot early Sunday in the Mount Winans neighborhood of South Baltimore, according to police.

Officers found the man shot in the hip in the 2400 block of Puget Street around 4 a.m. He was taken to an area hospital. The victim told Southern District detectives he was shot by two unknown suspects.

Around 1 p.m., police said a 55-year-old man was found shot in the back in the 2700 block of Harford Roard in the Coldstream Homestead Montebello section of Northeast Baltimore. The man was taken to an area hospital for treatment.

Police said the man was shot nearby, in the 2700 block of Fenwick Avenue, by an unknown suspect. Northeast District detectives are investigating.
