O.J. Brigance, the Ravens senior advisor to player engagement who continues his courageous battle against ALS, turns 46 today.

Brigance’s birthday is traditionally celebrated at the Under Armour Performance Center with coach John Harbaugh bringing his team together after practice to sing Happy Birthday to Brigance, who is one of the most beloved members of the organization.

Brigance will also be feted on Oct. 6, 2015 at the Hard Rock Café Baltimore as part of a Soiree with O.J. – A Rockin’ Good Time! The event is a birthday celebration and a fundraiser for the Brigance Brigade Foundation, created by O.J. and his wife, Chanda, to support people battling ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease.

All proceeds of the event will go toward furthering the mission of the Brigance Brigade Foundation whose goal it is to equip, encourage and empower people living with ALS by providing patients and their families access to equipment, resource guidance and support services.

“While I am very excited and feel so blessed to be able to celebrate another year with my friends, family and supporters, this event is more about bringing awareness to ALS and raising funds for those who cannot access necessary equipment and services to continue to live their lives to the fullest while battling this horrible disease,” Brigance said. “We hope you will come out and celebrate with us on the 6th and help make an impact on the lives of those in your community with ALS!”

The event, which runs from 7 to 11 p.m. on Oct. 6, will include music and dancing, guest appearances from Ravens’ players, food and drinks, live and silent auctions and the presentation of a birthday gift for Brigance on behalf of the Hard Rock Café.

Tickets to Soirée with O.J. – A Rockin’ Good Time! are $100 and they can be purchased at www.BriganceBrigade.org.
