Orioles on deck: What to watch Saturday at Twins, plus lineups, broadcast info and more

UPDATED:

Orioles (24-63) vs. Twins (37-48)

Where: Target Field, Minneapolis

First pitch: 2:10 p.m.

TV/Radio: MASN/105.7 The Fan

Starting pitchers: Orioles RHP Kevin Gausman (4-6, 4.05 ERA) vs. Twins RHP Kyle Gibson (2-6, 3.58 ERA)

What to watch

1. First order of business. The Orioles allowed three runs in the first inning Friday night and have given up 74 runs in the first this season, more than in any other frame. Can Gausman keep the Twins off the board early?

2. Keeping the ball in the yard. Gausman has given up just eight homers this year, but three of them came in his first game of the season, a 7-0 loss to Minnesota at Camden Yards. Can he prevent the Twins from going deep?

3. Getting to Gibson. One of Gibson’s two wins this season was a 6-2 victory at Camden Yards during which he pitched six hitless innings. He’s given up a combined 19 hits in his past two starts. Can the Orioles figure him out?
