Baltimore County Police seek person or people responsible for fatal October shooting in Owings Mills

Baltimore County Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the person or people responsible for the fatal shooting of a 40-year-old man in October.

Robert Perkins, 40, died a few days after he was shot early on Oct. 2 in Owings Mills.

Officers arrived at the 2500 block of Brightwater Court around 2:30 a.m. and found Perkins suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital and died days later.

Two teenagers also were shot that weekend.

A 17-year-old and 16-year-old were in critical condition after they were shot in Catonsville on Oct. 1 , Baltimore County Police said.

Officers arrived around 9 p.m. to Grand Bend Drive and Maiden Choice Lane and found the two teen boys. The 17-year-old was shot multiple times and the 16-year-old was shot once, police said. They were taken to a hospital.
