Andrea Bocelli’s concert scheduled for Sunday in Baltimore has been postponed due to the singer’s health challenges, CFG Bank Arena announced in a news release Saturday.

The show will now take place at the arena Feb. 20 as part of Bocelli’s Valentines Tour.

The singer has canceled several shows over the past week, including events in Boston, Hartford and Philadelphia, where concertgoers had already begun to fill seats on Thursday before the 65-year-old singer announced from the stage that he was unable to perform.

All tickets for the originally scheduled date will be valid for the February show. For ticket holders who are unable to attend the rescheduled date, a 14-day refund period will begin Monday at point of purchase.

Bocelli, the renowned Italian vocalist who is blind, was set to make his first appearance in Baltimore, performing alongside the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra at the newly renovated CFG Bank Arena.

The concert was announced in April just after Bruce Springsteen played at the grand opening of the overhauled venue. Since then, CFG Bank Arena has become the 10th highest-grossing concert venue of its size in the world, according to Billboard.
