Temperatures are expected to remain in the mid-80s over the weekend with lots of sun as Baltimore welcomes visitors for Fleet Week, the Orioles’ series against the Philadelphia Phillies, and auto show. Next week, several days of hot, humid weather are expected.

Rain chances are low and skies are expected to stay clear and sunny throughout the weekend, with an expected high of 84 on Saturday and Sunday, with lows in the 60s, according to the National Weather Service. Winds will be calm and humidity will be low before a warm front moves into the region Sunday night.

Temperatures are forecast to climb Monday to above 90. A high near 91 is expected on Wednesday, Juneteenth, as well as Thursday, while the service expects the high to reach 95 by Friday. The hot weather is expected to match with rising humidity, resulting in heat indices will be near 100 degrees each afternoon Tuesday to at least Thursday, according to the weather service.

Aside from a prediction of a partly cloudy evening on Wednesday, the service is not anticipating much cloud cover or any precipitation over the course of next week.

Air quality is predicted to move from good to moderate range as the heat increases next week.
