How do I log in to the website?

1. To log in on mobile devices, from any page on baltimoresun.com, tap the silhouette of a person in the upper right corner (to the left of the magnifying glass) and then tap the blue “Log in” button. On desktop, the “Log in” button will show automatically.

2. You may sign in with a Google, Facebook or Apple account; you can tap one of those options and follow the prompts. Or if you have a dedicated site login, you can enter your email address and password and tap the “Log In” bar.

What if I forgot my password?

2. Click or tap on “Don’t remember your password?” below the “password” field.

3. Enter your email address and click or tap on “Send email”.

4. You will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password. If you don’t see the message within a few minutes, check your SPAM or JUNK email folders.

What if I’m told my account is linked to a social media provider?

This means that you opted to log in via another online service such as Google, Facebook or Apple. To log in, click or tap on the name/logo of the service.
