Seamless, easy process. And so very reasonable priced. We moved from Washington to Wisconsin and our furniture was delivered quickly (even before we made it to our new home.) we had plenty of time to load and unload - great service from start to finish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

everything was done on schedule, drivers were helpful and nice, trailer was brand new and came with at least 10 load bars that stored up in the ceiling when not needed Other than it not packing itself, it was a perfect moveU-Pack Response

We moved from Las Vegas to Hawaii. Better rates than other companies. Less “hidden fees” than their competitors. Abysmal communication regarding container pick up and drop off times; they did not deliver the container for packing or for unpacking at the destination despite numerous attempts by the customer to determine what time the driver would arrive. For the initial container drop off, we were told 3 different times - prior to noon, between 3-4 and 5:15 (none of which were accurate).U-Pack Response

We used u-Pack for our move from Idaho to Utah. They dropped two trailers off and we got them loaded. Then we discovered two trailers wasn’t going to fit everything. So I called them and requested two more trailers. The next morning they came and dropped two more trailers and picked up the other two. Everyone at U-Pack is so nice, professional, and very helpful! I would definitely recommend them. We just sold our house so we have to now move the rest of our stuff. So I’m definitely using them again.U-Pack Response

I’m no stranger to cross country moves. Have been through the process several times but this was by far one of the best and least stressful moves I’ve ever done. I highly recommend using Upack for relocating. They are in constant communication from the time you reserve your truck to the time they pick it up after unloading. Skip the “drive it yourself option”. I wish I had known about Upack years ago.U-Pack Response
