I purchased the TruComplete Lawn, April 30, 2024. Per the Welcome Letter, I should have 2 lawn services, 1 free lawn service and aeration to be completed. Per the TruComplete, I should have started with a soil sample and a discussion for lawn care. The soil sample wasn't even done until the first week of August. I asked a tech what to do about the bare spots. He just smiled and said to put topsoil on them. After the recommendation from the tech, I called the 800# on July 3 and asked for my last 4 remaining visits be done next spring of 2025; so that I could put down seed. I thought perhaps, I should have gotten some guidance at this point. I called back, a week later, and was told that my plan had been changed to TruHealth and that I didn't want the aeration. I never agreed to either of these changes. I called twice asking if I had seeding with my plan. I was told no. When I purchased the plan, the *** told me that I had seeding. ****** did get seeding added and was to get my plan changed back to TruComplete and call me the following Monday to let me know and give me a price. I drove to PA and spoke with ****************. He assured me that he would get my plan changed back. My plan was changed back, but then, the seeding was removed. **************** did give me a Lime treatment at no charge. I emailed him asking for the results and what future visits I have left and for what since the seeding is absorbing $96. He ***lied, the sample was complete and that I am covered for all visits through the end of the season. I cannot get anyone with Trugreen to give me any guidance nor needed information. I have called the 800#, many times, only to be treated rudely, yelled at and no return calls. I drove to PA to speak with a Trugreen *** in person. For all of the aggravation and attempts that I have made to correct all of these issues and gotten nowhere, I want a FULL refund of $689.55. I do not trust Trugreen to not charge me more after completion of services.
