Aston Villa goalkeeper Viljami Sinisalo looks set to become Celtic's first summer signing after joining the squad for their pre-season tour to the United States.
The 22-year-old Finland international was pictured wearing a Celtic tracksuit at Glasgow Airport as Brendan Rodgers' squad prepared to fly out.
Sinisalo played 50 games on loan at Exeter last season and previously spent time with Ayr United. He featured against Scotland at Hampden in the 2-2 draw before Euro 2024.
Rodgers is expected to be reunited with 37-year-old former Leicester goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel later this week as Celtic look to replace the retired Joe Hart.
Midfielder Matt O'Riley joined his team-mates as they prepared to jet off for friendlies against DC United, Manchester City and Chelsea.
The Denmark international has been the subject of fresh speculation this week amid reported interest from Juventus and Atalanta among others.
Another midfielder, Paulo Bernardo, is expected to link up with Celtic in the United States with the club reported to have agreed a £3.5m fee with Benfica following his loan spell last season.
