I've always loved the performance (and the looks) of S-Works shoes. Unfortunately, my feet do not feel the same way and I've always struggled to get the shoes to work for me. My main issue comes down to the shoe's stiff uppers, which feature very little padding around the ankle. This has always resulted in a long, and painful breaking period, and sometimes resulted in me abandoning the shoes after a week or two. After receiving the latest S-Works 7 Lace from Specialized I wanted to find out if it was just me or if this was a known issue with some kind of solution.
