A$AP Rocky will accompany Rihanna on the North American leg of her Diamonds world tour, which kicks off on Mar. 8, 2013.
The Harlem rapper previously hopped on Rihanna’s “Cockiness” remix, and performed alongside the pop star at the MTV Video Music Awards in September. His opening slot on the 28-date tour will follow his current ‘LONGLIVEA$AP’ tour with ScHoolboy Q, Danny Brown and the A$AP Mob.

While “Diamonds,” Rihanna’s fourth album in four years, will be released on Nov. 19, Rocky’s debut album has been bumped back multiple times and is now expected to be released in early 2013. “F-ckin’ Problems,” the lead single from “LONGLIVEA$AP” that features 2 Chainz, Drake and Kendrick Lamar, debuted at No. 34 on last week’s R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
Next Wednesday, Rihanna kicks off her 777 Tour, which will visit seven shows in seven countries in seven days. The singer will also perform on this week’s episode of “Saturday Night Live.”
