The Tigers have a history of slow rebuilds. One major reason for that is a earth of quality international signings. Cleveland KC and Minn. all have had and do have high quality guys on their roster they signed from the international players. The Tigers have been awful especially in the Smith Dombrowski era. The only decent guys drafted they traded away usually in very bad trades.
