Bekkem Kritza’s high school football career has taken on the life of a game of ping pong, as he’s bounced back and forth between Boulder, California and Florida. After transferring back into Fairview during the middle of the football season, he told 247Sports on Tuesday that he’s heading back to Miami Central to finish out his high school career.

That’s four transfers in three years, with Kritza jumping between three schools. Kritza could not immediately be reached for comment.

Kritza played 10 games as the Knights’ quarterback during his freshman season in 2021, and threw for 3,192 yards and 22 touchdowns, before deciding to make the move to Santa Margarita Catholic in California, where he appeared in five games.

Unsatisfied, he transferred once again to Miami Central to begin his junior season, then decided to make the trip back to Fairview during the middle of the fall slate. In his six games this year, he put up 1,747 passing yards and 20 TDs before Fairview ultimately fell in the first round of the Class 5A state playoffs.

Now, he’s headed back to the Sunshine State for one last hurrah before joining Penn State on the collegiate circuit.
