Seminyak had everything from plently of resturants, shopping and night life. Bring plenty of Indonesian currency. Very few places except charge cards. Hire a driver for the day instead of constantly hailing a taxi or motor bike to take you to your destinations. Seminyak is my favourite place in Bali.
Seminyak is my favourite place in Bali. There is loads to do (or not do) to suit every taste. I liked the beach clubs for laps early morning and drinks at night for the sunset. I am used to having a lot of choice for restaurants which you do in Seminyak. My tip would be to walk as much as you can, traffic is chaos and it is often faster to walk and see so much more along the way.

Lots of good quality bars and restaurants in the area to suit all budgets. Does get busy at nighttime but never so busy we felt unsafe. Plenty of taxis or Scooters to get you about if you don’t want to walk. Great variety of shops to wander if you wanted. Our 2nd time here & definitely not our last. Favorite restaurant was Kilo serving Mediterranean cuisine, also ate at The Italian Job & the Corner House for lunch.
