The staff was professional and beyond friendly and helpful. We had a super later arrival (after midnight) and yet the staff was super friendly. They asked if they could arrange a “taxi” for our departure and set it up that night. We were always treated with a smile and conversation. It was our second time staying here and will certainly return!

A great city with many attractions and lot of energy in the streets and people (who are so kind with tourists); for my tours I used Go By Pass and was perfect. My suggestions, to blend art (if you enjoy theatre, watch a Broadway show is a whole experience), walkings, shopping and sports (in my case I went to US Open) is the best. Subway is the best option for transportation.
In summer there is a lot of people in main streets but I spent a great time, always be carefull with thieves during nigths and subway.
Finally, come here with a good budget because the city is a bit expensive for someone who come from LATAM with a lower cost life.

New York's vibrant and exciting. It hums 24 hours a day. That can be both exciting and exhausting. We walked miles and miles, took the subway and taxis, too. The last evening of our stay I left my iPad in a taxi and have been unable to recover it. That's what happens after six full days of nonstop hectic movement and a feverish NY pace. I still haven't recovered from that huge loss. My iPad contained years of history, tons of photos taken over the years, including terrific shots of NY taken during the week there. That was the very worst of what had started as a magical tip. We ate in some great restaurants as it was restaurant week, went to the Blue Note and saw the Harlem Gospel Choir our first afternoon there, went to two terrific musicals and the Mettras wells a photo exhibit. The last day went to Bloomie's, not far from our hotel. NY has something for everyone; that is its magic!

Great city found the people very friendly.
Great city found the people very friendly. So much to do and see. Perhaps should have stayed longer as was only there for 4 days. Would definitely be back. Perhaps Christmas time. Had not appreciated how hot New York gets with temperatures in the 30’s every day we were there in August

911 Museum and Memorial were beautiful and very touching. Took the hop on and off tour bus, which was disappointing because it didn’t take you too any of the big attractions. It just drove to the area and you needed to walk blocks to get to visit the site. Wouldn’t recommend.

You are never done exploring New York!
You are never done exploring New York! Every time I come to the city I experience new things and adventures. I recommend picking tall buildings, like Empire State or the Edge for amazing views, I recommend picnic in Central Park or boat rides in the garden or around Manhattan. The list is long and even though I have been there many times I am going back to continue exploring beautiful New York.
Large room relative to Manhattan, but for sure the are not 323ft as indicated at Booking, it seems less than 200ft which is still large for this area.
A car pickup/drop place at the hotel backward very helpful at this busy area of Manhattan.
The location at the Times Square for some people will be best, for other maybe too busy and crowded
Modern rooms. Fantastic view of Bryant park from my room. Close to Times Square and Broadway. Many restaurants close by. Close to subway. Quiet towards street. Loved the espresso machine and speaker in hotel room. I will definitely stay here again and I will recommend to others that stay in Manhattan.
Best view of Manhattan. U can see all the skyscrapers. Tram ride is the best. Riding between the houses is cool. From there 15 minutes to central Park. Ferry Ride to Wall street is nice. Hotel is quiet, Not in the loud City Center. Friendly people. Taxi from times Square about 35 $
I liked the location, on the Upper East Side. Not in the heart of Manhattan, but well served by public transport and within an hour's walk (a very pleasant walk through Central Park or along New York's main avenues) of Times Square.
I stayed there for 16 nights. Loved how clean it is. The location is quite central. Near to subway stations and just a 10 minutes walk from Times Square. Recommended if you're looking for cheap accomodation in Manhattan.
