The hotel is brand new so all the facilities are super clean and on point. The staff are amazing - very nice and friendly, providing tips for local area and bars/restaurants to check out. Nice rooftop bar with great views of the ocean and a nice restaurant downstairs with a nice selection of dishes with generous portions. Their breakfast was also amazingly good. The location was great - close to the beach and bars/restaurants.

I came to Canggu to celebrate my birthday and was surprised with a nice touch from the staff (see pic) which was super lovely. The pool is overlooking rice fields, hotel is in a very quiet area which was exactly what I wanted. Would come back there again in a heartbeat.

There staff were very friendly and helpful The breakfast was great The room was very clean It was my partner’s birthday, they decorated the room and offered us a birthday cake, it was very nice of them.

The Palms Canggu has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and bar in Canggu. The Palms is a clean and cheery hotel, yet on the peaceful side. The staffs are friendly and helpful. What I liked most is our bedsheets! They are clean, white and I can smell the clean linen scent. That was really important to me as I was unwell during that period and to sleep on a comfy and clean bed in a clean room was a bonus! The only setback is this hotel is slightly far from the centre but everywhere is accessible via GRAB/Gojek and the transportation cost is very low even during peak period! Well, if you are lazy to get out, you can always hang around at their lovely reception lounge and pool area. They serve bar snacks and lovely drinks/cocktails. Our laundry was done in a jiffy! Will be back!

I had a fantastic time at the villa and found it to be a truly enjoyable experience. The host was outstanding, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The villa itself had a wonderful atmosphere, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful getaway.

Oshan Villas Bali is a luxurious collection of villas as well as rooms, and features an outdoor pool and sun loungers set within a landscaped garden. If we return to Canggu we definitely would stay again. The villa is very cozy, decorated in a traditional style and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, very quite, surrounded by the rice fields and close to all the best places in Batu Bolong. Cedric and his team have been fantastic hosts, super helpful and pleasant. Everything one needs when new to the country and makes you feel comfortable immidiately - totally vacation vibes from the first moment. Clean, comfy and spacious room with daily fresh water bottles. Mixed & wide variety of food/drinks (Indonesian & Continental options) from the restaurant and all available for In-Room-Dining as well. We loved using their app for whatever need we had. Also, lovely pool area with outdoor bar and on-point service. Personal was always kind and helpful. Especially Dika made our stay at Eastin Ashta & Canggu a great experience with his open attitude welcoming us at the reception and providing us with lots of info about the hotel, but also recommendations for the best spots and sightseeing around Canggu. We can only recommend the great service that the Resort provided.
