I can say it was everything perfect, start from reciptions staff helpful and friendly, rooms so clean, nice spa, delicious and varaity foods, imazing party for new year eve, they have very good WiFi, everywhere was clean, finally everyone in this hotel make their job with positive energy and good mood all the time Sorry if I forget to mention something. I hope to be there again

Facing the beachfront, Castival Hotel offers 5-star accommodation in Side and features a garden, restaurant and bar. I was met at my taxi by the staff. The check-in was fast and easy. They were both friendly and informative. After a long day of travel from USA , I was tired and hungry. The bellman took my baggage to my room. The room was well prepared with a bottle of wine and a fruit basket. The next day I explored the resort. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I have really enjoyed my stay here.

Along the Mediterranean coast in Kumköy tourist strip, this all-inclusive resort offers a private beach and outdoor pools with slides. It features elegant oriental décor, 8 km from Side. Very comfortable, close to the beach (which is sandy not rocky) and has a great over water area with plenty of deck chairs. Not hard at all to get a chair and shade. The pool was good and the water slides are actually better than they look in the photos - we are in our early 50s and our 21 year old daughter found them really fun (not too many stairs to climb ha ha). The food was amazing - my daughter has serious food allergies and they catered for her with no trouble at all. The staff were great too. The time we were there it wasn’t a crazy party hotel - the clientele were mostly older, but there was music which was good. All in all we had a great 3 days there.
