1. The Promoter of this prize draw is Boots Retail (Ireland) Ltd, 2nd Floor, 5 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Campus, Citywest, Dublin 24, D24 TW13.
Eligibility
1. Entrants to this competition must be aged 18 or over. The competition is open to residents of Republic of Ireland. Employees and the immediate families of Boots Retail (Ireland) Limited, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are not entitled to enter the prize draw
2. Only one entry per email account. No bulk or 3rd party entries accepted. Anyone entering more than once including but not limited to; using multiple handsets, multiple identities or computerised (automated) system will be disqualified from the prize draw
3. By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions
The Prize
4. The prize for this competition is a Boots Beauty Bundle to the value of €300.
5. Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
6. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
7. To enter this competition simply enter your name and email address after voting for the Beauty Awards.
8. Responsibility will not be accepted for the loss, delay or corruption of any data in transit, or in the incomplete nature of any entries to the prize draw.
The Promotional Period
9. Prize draw opens on 28/08/2024. The prize draw closes at 23:59 on 24/09/2024.
Winner Selection and Notification
10. The winner will be selected using a random generator tool on 04/10/2024.
11. The winner will be notified by the 10/10/2024 via email (email address is [email protected])
12. Winners must respond to by 25/10/2024. Failure to respond by that date means an alternate winner will be selected from all valid entries received.
13. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final.
14. Prize will be delivered via courier within 1 month from the date of issue to the winner.
15. The promoter will, on request, make available details of the prize winners (Surnames and Counties of residence). If you object to your Surname and County being made available on request, in the event of being a prize winner, you must notify the promoter by contacting [email protected].
