Abby Patkin is a general assignment news reporter whose work touches on public transit, crime, health, and everything in between. She joined Boston.com from the MetroWest Daily News and was previously a staff writer for the Brookline TAB and the Wellesley Townsman. Abby's work has been recognized at the New England Better Newspaper Competition in 2021 and 2023. A Brandeis University graduate and Greater Boston native, she can be found with an iced Dunks year-round.
