UPDATED:

Work is scheduled to begin next week on a new Mission BBQ restaurant near City Dock in Annapolis.

It will be the restaurant’s third location in Anne Arundel County.

Randall Street will be partially closed Monday and Tuesday, then closed completely on Wednesday, because of planned exterior work at the old Stevens Hardware building.

The work is designed to fortify the building, in anticipation of interior work, for Mission BBQ’s planned spring opening.

The outbound lane of Randall Street, near the building, will be closed between 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday. The inbound lane will maintain both directions of traffic.

Randall Street will be completely closed from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

The schedule is tentative and could change. Visit www.annapolis.gov for updates.
