The new restaurants will be on West 52nd Avenue in Arvada and on Twenty Mile Road in Parker.

CBS Colorado First Alert Traffic Tracker Reporter Brian Sherrod had a one-on-one with In-N-Out's Chief Operating Officer Denny Warnick about the new locations. Warnick tells CBS Colorado that the opening of the restaurants in Arvada and Parker makes a total of 408 restaurant locations across the country.

"There's a lot of factors when we are selecting a new location," Warnick said. "A lot of it has to do with requests from customers and things like that. We also look into areas where we can reach a lot of customers. Those areas are great for us."

The first two stores in Colorado opened in November 2020.

Eighty employees have been hired at the location in Parker. The starting wage is $19.50 with what the company claims is a fast rate of promotions. Both of the newest locations are open seven days a week and are still looking to hire a lot more people.

Earlier this year the hamburger chain came in at No. 6 on a 100 Best Places to Work list from the company Glassdoor. The report stated that In-N-Out Burger provided its employees with superior compensation and benefits.
