PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --  Low humidity, sunny skies and seasonably mild temperatures are once again in the weather forecast on Tuesday in the Philadelphia region. After a gorgeous Monday we get to do it all over again.

The high temperature will be 85 degrees in Philadelphia and up into the Lehigh Valley, with a cooler high of 78 degrees down the Jersey Shore.

We're once again spoiled with comfortable dew point levels only around 50 to 55 degrees, dropping slightly throughout the day.

Wednesday's conditions are mostly the same, though humidity will spike along with the addition of a few clouds arriving ahead of a changing weather pattern, set to bring warmer conditions along with storm chances by the Fourth of July holiday.

We start to get into the muggy range on Thursday, July 4 in Philly and could see some showers and storms.

These storms may be very widely scattered. At this point, don't cancel any Fourth of July plans, but definitely keep an eye on the sky.

The pattern of heat, humidity and afternoon storms will continue through the weekend with highs in the low 90s, morning lows in the 70s.

Another heat advisory and NEXT Weather Alert may be needed at some point over the weekend as showers and storms are also possible, especially on Friday and Saturday.

In the tropics, Hurricane Beryl remains a dangerous Category 5 storm with sustained winds exceeding 150 mph.

The storm is making its closest pass to Jamaica around 1 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday. The island's southern coast could see dangerous storm surge floiding as well as very strong and potentially damaging gusty winds, along with the threat of heavy rainfall. The latest update from the National Hurricane Center projects Beryl will weaken to a Category 3 by the time it reaches Jamaica.

From there, Beryl tracks toward the Yucatán Peninsula in Mexico where it will make its second or third landfall early Friday morning, likely as a Category 1 storm, that will then spin into the Gulf of Mexico. Further strengthening over the Gulf would be unlikely.
