We all know the Celtics team is stacked 1 through 10, but they could be just as talented at the back end of the roster, too. Here’s the latest on the Summer League squad:

The big draw will be the latest rookies in green. Baylor Scheierman, the 30th pick of last month’s draft, and second rounder Anton Watson should be starters for the Summer League showcase. The team is also high on Cleveland State’s Tristan Enaruna who they signed to an Exhibit 10 deal earlier in the offseason.

The Celtics will also be returning many members of the Maine team that got to Game 3 of the G League Finals last spring. Drew Peterson is back after signing another two-way deal with the team. Sophomore Jordan Walsh is expected to play a pivotal role in his second SL appearance, too. And after being traded to Boston at the deadline, Jaden Springer will see his first minutes in Vegas as a Celtic.

JD Davison, who was drafted two years ago and spent the last two seasons on two-ways, will also be with the team despite not having a contract in place yet. The team is interested in continuing his development and Davison has one more year of eligibility as he tests free agency.

Boston will also feature Ron Harper Jr. He’s a veteran of the summer circuit and it’s possible with a good showing, he could be added to the Maine roster next fall.
