CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Browns will soon being training camp, but that doesn’t mean they won’t continue to seek ways to improve the roster.
Especially when there are still free agents available to sign this offseason.

Would the Browns be interested in is edge rusher Carl Lawson? A 2017 fourth-round pick of the Bengals, Lawson has dealt with injury. He only played six games last season with the Jets. But he has 119 tackles and 27.0 sacks through 74 games in six seasons.
What about cornerback Adoree’ Jackson? He’s a solid corner who recorded 63 tackles and eight passes defended, including a pick six taken back for 76 yards last season.
Or there is offensive tackle Donovan Smith. Per Pro Football Focus, Smith allowed 53 total quarterback pressures and three sacks in 12 games last season with the Chiefs.
