NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio -- The North Olmsted Police Department is planning to modernize its patrol officer bulletproof vests.
“Our SWAT members already had them; however, there were manufacturer defects that required us to purchase new rifle plates,” Police Chief Bob Wagner said.
