BEACHWOOD, Ohio -- A woman who seemed to make up her own rules for proper auto registration is facing three Beachwood police charges.
At 2:20 p.m. June 14, an officer stopped a car at Eaton Boulevard and Richmond Road. In the holder where its back license plate belonged was merely the typed word “Traveler.”
