BEACHWOOD, Ohio --City Council has unanimously voted to enter into an agreement to purchase the 17-acre Anshe Chesed Fairmount Temple property, 23737 Fairmount Blvd., for $8 million.

After a special meeting on Tuesday (June 18), Mayor Justin Berns said of the city’s options for the site: “The sky’s the limit. We (the city) control the zoning.”
