MIDDLEFIELD, Ohio – Children stuck in a hospital for Christmas have been paramount on Santa’s mind, especially since he will be unable to make his pre-Christmas Eve rounds to Ohio’s children’s hospitals this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.

But Santa has arranged to send a bright message to Ohio’s sick children that he is nearby, and thinking of them, just before he makes his worldwide trek.
