CLEVELAND, Ohio – The inaugural Local Wine and Maker Expo will be held at the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s Field Turf adjacent to the museum.
The rain-or-shine expo - in collaboration with 720 Market - will be 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 20.
Makers, wine, beer and mead from Northeast Ohio will be available.
The 720 Market - which hosts open-air markets at venues throughout the region - will have a “Tents on the Turf Hall of Fame Pop Up” featuring makers, bakers, brewers and growers. Admission to this area is free.
Tasting tickets are $45 and include 10 tasting tickets, glass, tote bag, admission into the Hall of Fame and 20 percent discount at the Hall's store.

Food and beverage trucks will be on site. The Hall is at 2121 George Halas Dr. NW, Canton.
It's not the first time the Hall of Fame has been linked with local wine. Gervasi Vineyard has been releasing wines with names based on the Hall's stated mission and values - commitment, integrity, courage, respect and excellence. Last year's was Commitment, a Zinfandel.
“The Hall is always looking for ways to expand its programming and partner with those in our community," Rachel Gutting, the Hall’s director of communications and strategic initiatives, said about the inaugural expo.
