CLEVELAND, Ohio - It’s not only breweries that are expanding these days in Northeast Ohio.
The North Coast Wine Club, which started in 2011, now has a dedicated tasting room that is open 4:30 to 8 p.m. Thursdays. It's located at 30700 Bainbridge Road, Solon.

Club member buys grapes, which are shipped in from all over the world. Members learn about winemaking, then crush, punch, ferment and bottle. They have won multiple awards in various competitions.
It's a communal group that now has a dedicated chilled wine room and decorated tasting room, said Tom Radu, who operates the club with Dave Sabo.
The tasting room is available for private and corporate events. The club also offers educational workshops, tastings, socials and trips.
