CLEVELAND, Ohio – A couple of releases are set at Phoenix Brewing, which has its winter coat drive coming up, Heinen's and Market Garden Brewery have collaborated to mark the store's 90th anniversary, and many other beer-centric events are found in our calendar, which is updated each week. Monday, Nov. 11: Hofbrauhaus is holding BeerMeMondays, offering $5 liters, $5 off growlers and $2 off crowlers. It’s at 1550 Chester Ave., Cleveland.

Tuesday, Nov. 12: Platform Beer Co.’s Charitable Tuesday beneficiary is the Liver Foundation at 3 p.m. A dollar sold of every Platform beer or cider will be donated. It’s at 4125 Lorain Ave., Cleveland.

Wednesday, Nov. 13: Paladin Brewing Co. is releasing Holy Knight Apple Pie Brown, a holiday seasonal ale at 6.8% alcohol and 13 International Bittering Units. It's at 6520 Mahoning Ave., Youngstown.

Wednesday, Nov. 13: The Wine Spot will hold Time for a Tilquin: A Fruited Lambic Flight 6-8 p.m. Three ales will be poured: Oude Mure (Blackberry) Oude Cassis (Black Currant) and Oude Myrtille a Sauvage (Wild Blueberry). It's at 2271 Lee Road, Cleveland Heights.

Wednesday, Nov. 13: The Wine Spot’s Growler Discount Day offers 20 percent off what's on tap. It's at 2271 Lee Road, Cleveland Heights.

Thursday, Nov. 14: Firkin Thursday at Goldhorn Brewery is at 5 p.m. The folks at Goldhorn will concoct a unique firkin, a small batch one-time-only cask of beer with some added flavors. It's at 1361 E. 55th St., Cleveland.

Thursday, Nov. 14: Collision Bend Brewing Co. will hold game-day specials for the Steelers-Browns game with $5 beers. It’s at 1250 Old River Road.

Friday, Nov. 15: Heinen's and Market Garden Brewery will hold a collaboration tapping at 5 p.m. Brewed to commemorate Heinen’s 90th anniversary, the beer is billed as a "Hoppy Anniversary" Imperial India Pale Ale made from Azacca, Citra, Centennial and Huell Melon hops. It's at 900 Euclid Ave., Cleveland.

Friday, Nov. 15: AMP 150 is holding a dinner featuring beer from Sibling Revelry Brewery at 6:30 p.m. It will be four courses and five beers. Go online for tickets and price info. It's at 4277 W. 150th St., Cleveland.

Saturday, Nov. 16: Platform Beer Co. will release Red Martian, a Slushee Style Fruit Punch Sour Ale brewed with pineapple, raspberry, orange, vanilla, and lactose. It's 5.6% alcohol and a very low eight International Bittering Units. Four-packs will be available to go. Doors open at 10 a.m. at 4125 Lorain Ave. and 3506 Vega Ave. in Cleveland.

Saturday, Nov. 16: Masthead Brewing Co. will hold Home Slice Pies x Masthead: Pie + Beer Pairing between 2 and 5 p.m. Four mini slices of scratch-made pie will be paired with a flight of four beers. Cost: $20 (advance), $25 (at the door). It's at 1261 Superior Ave., Cleveland.

Tuesday, Nov. 19: D'Agnese's White Pond is holding the first day of its two-day 12 Beers of Christmas tasting at 6 p.m. Cost is $40 and includes appetizers. A dozen beers - local and out of state - will be poured. It's at 566 White Pond Dr., Akron.

Tuesday, Nov. 19: Platform Beer Co.’s Charitable Tuesday beneficiary is the Warren A. Sill Fund at 3 p.m. The non-profit supports funding innovative early childhood education programming. A dollar sold of every Platform beer or cider will be donated. It’s at 4125 Lorain Ave., Cleveland.

Wednesday, Nov. 20: Phoenix Brewing Co. will begin its second annual winter coat drive to benefit Harmony House of Mansfield and will tap Snowglobe Spiced Holiday Ale. Donations of new or gently used winter coats, hats, gloves and scarves for men, women and children will be accepted at the brewery, 131 N. Diamond St., Mansfield, through Wednesday, Dec. 4.

Thursday, Nov. 21: Great Lakes Brewing Co. will hold Hop College: Style Analysis - Holiday Beers at 6:30 p.m. Learn about complementing dishes with the right beer style. Cicerone-certified staff will guide the lesson. Chef Dan Racco will lead a food tasting. Includes Hop College-branded tulip glass and 10% off a brewpub food order or gift-shop purchase on day of class. Cost is $40. Friday, Nov. 22: Missing Falls Brewery will kick off a four-day, one-year anniversary celebration with beer specials, four beer releases, commemorative glasses, music, food and more. It's at 540 S. Main St., Akron.

Friday, Nov. 22: Rozi's Wine House will hold its eighth annual Christmas beer and wine tasting 6-8 p.m. Beer and wine lists are in the works. Cost is $25. It's at 14900 Detroit Ave., Lakewood.

Saturday, Nov. 23: Greater Cleveland Aquarium's Adult Swim will feature Christmas ales and ciders 7-10 p.m. Cost is $40 ($30 for aquarium passholders, $20 for designated drivers). Includes light hors d’oeuvres, 20 tasting tickets and souvenir tasting glass. Tastings sell out. It's at 2000 Sycamore St., Cleveland.

Sunday, Nov. 24: Collision Bend Brewing Co. will hold game-day specials for the Dolphins-Browns game with $5 beers. It’s at 1250 Old River Road.

Friday, Nov. 29: Forest City Brewery will hold a tree-trimming party and will release Shinny, the brewery's spiced Belgian quad. Also, Duck Island Cocktails will release Kringle Juice cocktails. Bring an ornament for the brewery's 25-foot tree, and the brewery will give you an ornament for yours. It's at 2135 Columbus Road, Cleveland.

Wednesday, Dec. 4: It's the final day for Phoenix Brewing Co.'s second annual winter coat drive, which benefits Harmony House of Mansfield. Donations of new or gently used winter coats, hats, gloves and scarves for men, women and children will be accepted at the brewery, 131 N. Diamond St., Mansfield, through today, when Krampus Kandy White Coffee Stout will be released.

Wednesday, Dec. 4: The Rail will hold beer school featuring Saucy Brew Works at 7 p.m. Cost is $12. It's at 400 Great Northern Mall, North Olmsted.

Tuesday, Dec. 10: Great Lakes Brewing Co. will release Wigle Whiskey barrel-aged Christmas Ale at its annual Holiday Brewmaster’s Dinner at 7 p.m. The dinner will include five seasonally themed courses paired with beers, including one course highlighting a side-by-side tasting of Rudolph, whiskey aged in Christmas Ale barrels, and Christmas Ale aged in Wigle Whiskey barrels. Thursday, Dec. 12: Akron Zoo will hold its first holiday beer and wine tasting 6-9 p.m. Taste assorted beers from local breweries as you stroll through the zoo's Wild Lights. It's at 500 Edgewood Ave., Akron.
