Tuesday, Dec. 24: Christmas Eve. If you're still in the hunt for that special bottle or two for Christmas dinner, call your local wine shop; many wine stores and bars have abbreviated hours.

Thursday, Dec. 26: The Galaxy holds discount bottle night in the Wine Room. It's at 201 Park Center Dr., Wadsworth.

Saturday, Jan. 11: Uncorked will be held at Great Lakes Science Center 8-11 p.m. and feature more than 100 wines and Champagnes, entertainment, food vendors, exhibits and more. Cost is $50.
