BARBERTON, Ohio – Ignite Brewing Co. is adding a full kitchen to its brewpub in Barberton.
The kitchen will be operating beginning Wednesday, May 18. The brewery is partnering with Crafted Eats for the menu.
Menu offerings are billed as modern dishes that capture Ignite’s house-brewed flavors.
Starters include hummus platter, Nashville hot tots and Bavarian soft pretzels. Brewery beef melt, Al’s sausage sliders and Thai power salad are among the mains. Bowls and sides, kids menu and desserts also are available.
The addition of a kitchen at a brewery with a tasting room is key in helping draw craft-beer drinkers who participate in assorted passport programs and travel to breweries. Ignite is part of the Summit Brew Path and Ohio on Tap programs.
In its five years in existence, Ignite has expanded in several ways, including having a spacious patio.
It is located at 600 W. Tuscarawas Ave., Barberton.
