CLEVELAND, Ohio – A taste of Kentucky is now getting a touch of Northeast Ohio.

Four Greater Cleveland business folks – Ryan Lintz, Tom Gray, Michael Boland and restaurateur Michael Symon – are rolling out the barrels at River Roots Barrel Co., a Cleveland-based distillery and barrel house that personalizes bottles for its customers. It opened in September with a barrel room and tasting room covering less than 5,000 square feet on the city’s west side.
