GENEVA, Ohio –Dark Room Brewing, 32 N. Broadway, Geneva, is hosting a Solstice Soiree sampling sparkling wines from 6 to 9 p.m., Dec. 21. That’s right a sparkling wine tasting in a brewery.
Less than one-year-old, the brewery will pour 10 sparkling wines – five from Northeast Ohio and five international selections. Nine will be sparkling wines, and one will actually come from the Champagne region of France, qualifying it as a genuine Champagne.
