Wine might be the star of the show at the vineyards, but Gervasi also has an impressive distilling operation on the site.
Gervasi has been around for 14 years, but its distillery operation didn’t get its start until 2019. Now, Gervasi Spirits makes a dozen different products, from cask-finished bourbons to infused gins.
