CLEVELAND, Ohio — Northeast Ohio is never lacking in fun events and entertainment in the middle of summer, and 2024 is proving to be no different.

Greater Cleveland is in the middle of the best season for outdoor concerts, street festivals and other warm-weather activities, and the calendar proves it. Here are 25 things to do in Greater Cleveland this weekend and beyond, from sporting events to outdoor markets.

Kaulig Companies Championship rounds

The Kaulig Companies Championship kicks off at Akron Firestone’s South Course on Thursday. Every day through Sunday will feature a different round, with a trophy ceremony on the final day. Concerts are held at the course after play concludes during the first three days, with artists like Marc Lee Shannon, Kameron Marlowe and The Vindys with The Commonheart on the schedule. One-day tickets start at $30.

Norah Jones with Mavis Staples

Nine-time Grammy winner Norah Jones is touring her ninth studio album “Visions” this summer. She’ll perform in Cleveland with soul legend Mavis Staples, one of her many past duet partners and influences. Tickets start at $78.25.

Rachmaninoff’s Rhapsody

Slightly Stoopid and Dirty Heads: Slightly Dirty Summer Tour

The eclectic SoCal septet, which describes itself as “a fusion of folk, rock, reggae, and blues with hip-hop, funk, metal, and punk,” teams up with the reggae/ska and fellow SoCal band Dirty Heads for a hip-swiveling evening of horn-heavy grooves. The Asian Lantern Festival returns at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo.
