LAKEWOOD, Ohio -- Lakewood officials announced Friday that non-residents cannot visit city pools unless a resident brings them as their guest.
The move was announced amid a weeklong heat wave that has seen swarms of swimmers seeking to beat the record-high temperatures at Lakewood’s two outdoor pools.
