Author Fiona Barton's 2016 debut psychological suspense novel The Widow drew favorable comparisons to Gillian Flynn's Gone Girl and Paula Hawkins' Girl on the Train. The book went on to become a New York Times best-seller, was named one of The Wall Street Journal's Killer Books of 2016 and landed on both NPR and Publishers Weekly's Best Books of the Year lists.
Barton's highly anticipated follow up, The Child, will be released on June 27th. She will discuss and sign copies of The Child at Cuyahoga County Public Library's South Euclid-Lyndhurst Branch, located at 1876 S. Green Road in South Euclid, on Sunday, July 16th at 2PM. This event is free and open to the public. Registration is required. Register online or by calling 216.382.4880. Books will be available for purchase and signing courtesy of Mac's Backs Books on Coventry.
