Free summer camps for young readers at Cuyahoga County Public Library

Is your child entering second or third grade? Cuyahoga County Public Library (CCPL) has openings for its free 1-2-3 READ summer camps available at its Garfield Heights and Maple Heights branches. Registration is required to participate. Parents must register their child in-person at the host branch.

1-2-3 READ Summer Camps
For students entering grades 2 and 3
Description: This free four-day camp is designed to help improve your child's reading skills through digital storytelling and activities, including: Rockin' Literacy, presented by the Music School Settlement; digital storytelling; WeDo Robotics; group discovery stations and learning opportunities.

Where? Garfield Heights Branch / 5409 Turney Road, Garfield Heights, OH 44125
When? Monday, June 18th through Thursday, June 21st / 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Where? Maple Heights Branch / 5225 Library Lane, Maple Heights, OH 44137
When? Monday, June 25th through Thursday, June 28th / 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
