Ohio police search for toddler taken by non-custodial mother

FOREST PARK, Ohio — Authorities in southwest Ohio believe a 2-year-old boy could be in danger after he was taken by his non-custodial mother Wednesday night, reports say.

Harper Hamm was wearing a green coat, green shirt, jeans and green and gray shoes when he was last seen with his mother, Priscilla Kavanaugh, at about 7 p.m., Fox 28 reports. He has brown hair, hazel eyes and is about 3-feet tall and 27 pounds.

Kavanaugh was driving a dark blue 2008 Jeep Compass with an Ohio license plate of GNA7482. She was wearing a blue jean jacket, gray pants and brown UGG boots.

WCPO Channel 9 reports that police say Kavanaugh has mental-health issues and has not been taking her medication. They’re concerned she could be a danger to Harper.

Anyone with information can call 911 or the Forest Park Police Department at 513-595-5220. Forest Park is located just north of Cincinnati.
