CLEVELAND, Ohio — Although many traditions have been put on hold in 2020, JACK Cleveland Casino has kept one alive with the decorating of the historic Higbee’s department store windows in downtown Cleveland.
This year’s theme is the classic holiday story “The Nutcracker.” Cleveland has had many holiday traditions come and go over the years, but this marks the 10th year JACK Casino has celebrated the holidays by decorating the windows in homage to the tradition started in the old Higbee’s windows in the 1930s.
