CLEVELAND, Ohio — In May, Cuyahoga County saw another home sell for over $2 million, this time in Moreland Hills. This follows the two homes that sold for that much in April.
Nine additional homes sold for at least $1.3 million in May. Three are located in Pepper Pike, two in Bay Village, and the rest in Brecksville, Shaker Heights, Solon and Westlake.
An additional six homes were sold for at least $1 million in May.
The Moreland Hills home sold for $2,851,000. The 2019 farmhouse, which was expanded in 2021, is located in the Chagrin Falls School District. It has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a half bath. There is a three-car attached heated garage, two fireplaces, a pool, and a hot tub. The entire liveable area is about 6,000 square feet.
In May 2024, more houses were sold at a higher value than in 2023, when the top home sale was a Gates Mills home for $2.2 million. An additional seven homes sold for at least $1.3 million.
