Ohioans are under a daily curfew from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. to prevent the spread of COVID-19. It expires Thursday, though Gov. Mike DeWine said he was going to extend it. John Jones | For NJ Advance Media

COLUMBUS, Ohio – After announcing he would extend the overnight curfew to prevent COVID-19 spread, Gov. Mike DeWine will update the state on the coronavirus Thursday.

DeWine on Monday was mum on whether he’s going to add new coronavirus restrictions to the curfew order, but said the curfew would be extended. The three-week curfew expires Thursday.

As of Wednesday, there had been 520,112 coronavirus cases in Ohio and 7,187 deaths.
