COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Ohio State already had one wide receiver from Christian Brothers College in St. Louis signed when Kamryn Babb sent in his National Letter of Intent on Wednesday morning in the Early Signing Period.
Hours later, the Buckeyes added his high school teammate when wide receiver Cameron Brown decommitted from Nebraska and signed with Ohio State.
Brown had twice been committed to Nebraska, recommitting in August after decommitting on June 10. His decommitment came one day after Ohio State offered him.
Brown visited Ohio State on Dec. 8. He is the No. 59 wide receiver in the country according to 247Sports.com's composite rankings.
His commitment to the Buckeyes gives Ohio State three receivers in the 2018 class. He joins Babb and L'Christian "Blue" Smith as the receivers that Ohio State has signed.
Babb and Smith are both four-star prospects according to 247Sports.com.
Babb is the No. 65 prospect and No. 12 wide receiver in the country. Smith, who is listed as an athlete, is the No. 120 prospect in the country and the No. 4 prospect in Ohio.
Smith is the tallest of the receivers at 6-foot-6. Brown and Babb are each 6-foot-1.
