Malcolm Abram is an entertainment and music writer for Cleveland.com/The Plain Dealer. He is a 25-year veteran music and features writer who has written about the music scenes and communities at the Atlanta Journal-Constituion, The Macon Telegraph, as well as the Akron Beacon Journal and Cleveland.com/The Plain Dealer. A native Californian and graduate of Morehouse College, as a columnist and features writer, he has won numerous awards from the Cleveland Press Club, Society of Professional Journalists, and the Associated Press Society of Ohio.
