The deadline is fast approaching to order tickets or purchase a sponsorship for the annual Starry Night benefit presented by Lakewood Hospital and the Lakewood Hospital Foundation.

Starry Night 2011 An Evening of Radiance, is set for 7-10 p.m. Aug. 5 under the stars on Belle and Detroit avenues in Lakewood. A special invitation-only VIP reception will take place at 6 p.m. The event, traditionally held the night before the Lakewood Arts Festival, attracts huge crowds every year.

There are six levels of support available for the event:

• Vintage sponsor — $50 ($20 tax deductible); sponsorship will help underwrite the purchase of a fine wine for the popular cork raffle; sponsors’ names will be displayed on a bottle tag and listed in the event program.

• Friend ticket — $100 ($40 tax deductible)

• Celebration ticket — $150 ($75 tax deductible), includes one ticket, VIP reception and listing in event program.

• Luminous sponsor — $1,500 ($900 tax deductible) includes a table of eight, VIP reception and sponsorship listing in program.

• Dazzling sponsor — $2,500 ($1,900 tax deductible) includes a table of eight, VIP reception and half-page ad recognition in event program.

• Celestial sponsor — $5,000 ($4,250 tax deductible) includes a table of 10, VIP reception and full-age ad recognition in event program.
