The Lakewood Chamber of Commerce reminded residents that shoveling snow on city sidewalks is mandated in the codified ordinances.
The city ordinance states that the sidewalks, drives or paths abutting the property must be cleared of snow. Landlords are responsible for ensuring that this is done on the property they own.
